Jacopo Bassetto is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Statistics of the University of Bologna, where he works on the POPCLIMA project with a focus on climate attitudes, green voting and migration. 
Before joining POPCLIMA, he was a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB ) in Nuremberg, Germany. He earned a joint PhD in Economics and Economic Sociology from the University of Bamberg and the University of Trento. His research interests lie at the intersection between the economics of migration and the economics of education.
